As a Salesforce Consultant, you enable and guide project delivery by capturing and analyzing user and business needs to ensure outcomes align with the service vision and business strategy. You work with the Omega team and clients to craft functional solutions, estimate effort, and validate results against requirements. You will improve application performance and contribute to knowledge sharing within Omega’s practice.

This role offers the chance to shape Salesforce-based implementations across multiple clouds in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

- English proficiency at full professional level (spoken and written)
- +4 years xugodme of Salesforce core expertise (administration, configuration, consulting)
- Multi-Cloud experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Ability to act as a functional liaison between clients and technical teams
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM delivery
