Herzog Real Estate is an up-and-coming real estate agency based in the southwest of Mallorca. To expand our team in Paguera, we are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Listing Agent focused entirely on the active acquisition of new properties for sale. If you already reside on Mallorca, love connecting with people, and enjoy building a sustainable local network, this position offers an idóneo environment for your sales drive.

Your day-to-day work centers on discovering new listings, approaching owners, and establishing valuable partnerships:

- Active and independent acquisition of properties for sale across the island
- Systematic and personal outreach to property owners via phone and face-to-face meetings
- Building and maintaining an extensive personal network of contacts on Mallorca
- Connecting with local business partners, tipsters, and service providers to sign cooperation agreements
- Conducting on-site appointments with property owners and potential partners
- Observing market developments to continuously identify new acquisition opportunities

What you bring to the team:

- Practical experience in real estate sales, ideally as a real estate agent, listing agent,



or in a comparable acquisition role
- Proven track record in lead generation and property acquisition
- Strong communication skills, self-confidence, and a distinct sales mindset
- Enthusiasm for expanding and nurturing a professional network
- Good command of English and Spanish (German or other languages are a distinct plus)
- Sound knowledge of the Mallorcan real estate market, an existing network, and current residence on the island
- Valid category B driving licence
