As part of the Astek Group, we combine a strong local culture with a global presence, being active in around 23 countries across 4 continents. We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner to join a general leader in travel technology, working within their Digital Transformation Services team. The role sits at the heart of a strategic initiative to roll out Salesforce Marketing Cloud across the Hospitality business unit (hotels and accommodation providers), bridging sales and marketing teams to drive customer success.

Advanced English required (C1)

Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with marketing, CRM, and business objectives





Develop and maintain the Marketing Cloud roadmap (campaign orchestration, personalisation, lead management, etc.)

Drive the design and evolution of Marketing Cloud capabilities

Define KPIs and success metrics (campaign performance, adoption, ROI, efficiency gains)

Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement

Use data insights to refine roadmap and prioritisation

Drive user adoption via training, documentation, and stakeholder enablement

Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements

Marketing Automation / CRM / Digital Marketing

Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst roles

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) or similar platforms (Eloqua, Marketo)

Marketing automation workflows

Agile / Scrum expertise (backlog management, sprint lifecycle)

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Long-term projects with national and international context
