- Manage ServiceNow upgrades, releases and patching with focus on performance, security and governance
- Optimize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge) and custom apps

- Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology or Computer Science, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional ServiceNow experience (consultant or similar) with design, implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions
- Strong IT service management understanding and experience with enterprise workflows
- Experience with ITSM, SPM, CMDB, Asset Management, CSM or custom app development
- Knowledge of modern platform, integration and automation technologies; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or comparable) preferred
- Passion for improving user experiences and continuous improvement with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and consulting skills with a structured, analytical mindset
