Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the Language Services team delivering multilingual linguistic validation and eCOA implementations for global clinical trials. You’ll oversee delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder engagement while driving process improvements and talent development. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to align delivery with client expectations and regulatory standards. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and specialists
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and development planning

- Participate in client meetings and provide strategic guidance on project delivery
- Monitor and drive project financial performance (revenue, margin, profitability)




- Review budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations for efficient delivery
- Analyze revenue trends, utilization metrics to support business objectives
- Ensure accurate financial tracking (change orders, invoicing, revenue recognition)
- Ensure delivery meets quality, regulatory, and client-specific requirements
- Support audit readiness and CAPA implementation
- Contribute to process standardization and documentation improvements
- Monitor compliance metrics and take corrective actionsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Project Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing project teams in Life Sciences, eCOA, localization, or related services
- Experience in clinical research, COA, linguistic validation, localization, or related healthcare services
- Strong understanding of translation and linguistic validation methodologies
- Knowledge of eCOA, ePRO, eClinRO, or eObsRO technologies
- Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to interpret operational and financial data (revenue, margin, forecasting, resource utilization)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
