This program is designed for students who will enter their final year of university after the internship and expect to complete their studies in summer 2028. With a high level of English and a keen interest in general financial markets, you will gain hands-on professional experience in an international and fast-paced environment. The full-time internship will run from June or July to August or September 2027, depending on the country.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

As part of Santander Future Talents: Santander CIB Summer Internship Program Europe - Global Markets - Sales, you will contribute to Global Markets activities and work alongside experienced professionals across Europe. Some of your responsibilities will be:

- Support the development of strong relationships with leading institutional and corporate clients across Europe.
- Help deliver tailored market insights,



ideas and financial solutions that support client strategies.
- Work closely with Trading, Structuring and Research teams to provide coordinated client coverage.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare presentations and contribute to the execution and follow-up of live transactions.
- Monitor market developments and client activity to help identify commercial opportunities.

The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for success in this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

- University degree: Currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline, with expected graduation in summer 2028.
- English level: High proficiency in English. Knowledge of another language would be an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; commercial curiosity; analytical capabilities; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; collaborative mindset; and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Interest:



A strong interest in global financial markets, client relationship management, investment solutions and international business.
