Shape the future of hospitality with us Arabella Hospitality SE is seeking a motivated and analytical Hotel Development Analyst to support the evaluation and development of new hotel opportunities across Europe. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Development and the Development Manager Spain and contribute to business analysis, feasibility assessments and strategic development projects. Your responsibilities • Participate and support in the preparation of business cases, operational analyses, statistics and management reports. • Conduct site analyses, competitive market assessments and feasibility studies for hotel projects across Europe. • Participate in the preparation of high-quality project presentations and decision-making materials for internal stakeholders and management. • Support negotiations of Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs). • Assist with project planning, development and project management activities. • Communicate with national and international real estate developers, brokers, investors, consultants and franchisors. • Contribute to strategic development and expansion projects across the European portfolio.
