Join a Integral Leader in Plastic Injection Moulding Technology

Our client is a globally recognised manufacturer of plastic injection moulding machinery and automation solutions, renowned for innovation, engineering excellence and customer-focused solutions.

As part of their continued growth in Spain, they are looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to develop business across Northern Spain, managing existing strategic accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys consultative technical sales and wants to represent cutting-edge technology within one of the world's most respected manufacturing sectors.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the commercial strategy across the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow an established customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with plastic processors, OEMs and industrial manufacturers.
- Provide technical and commercial advice on injection moulding machinery, automation and complete production solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Coordinate projects alongside engineering, applications and after-sales service teams.
- Follow projects from initial customer discussions through to installation and commissioning.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, customer events and industry conferences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an ambitious sales professional with experience selling technical solutions into the plastics manufacturing industry.

This opportunity could be an excellent fit if you have experience selling:





- Plastic injection moulding machines
- Industrial automation solutions
- Cartesian or articulated robots
- Auxiliary equipment (dryers, dosing systems, temperature control units, chillers, material handling systems, etc.)
- Mould technologies or quick mould change systems
- Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing solutions
- High-value industrial capital equipment

You'll probably already be working with customers in industries such as:

- Automotive
- Packaging
- Medical
- Consumer Goods
- Electronics
- Technical & Industrial Plastics

We would especially welcome applications from professionals who understand plastic processing environments and enjoy supporting customers with investment decisions and manufacturing improvements.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in technical B2B sales within industrial manufacturing.
- A consultative sales approach and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Business development mindset with a proactive approach.
- Good understanding of the industrial market across Northern Spain.
- Willingness to travel across the territory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Full driving licence.
