- Install, integrate, and troubleshoot Java-based applications in data centers and cloud environments
- Operate web servers, proxy servers, and Java apps on Linux, managing certificates and keys
- Analyze and resolve incidents for Java applications per ITIL-based SLAs
- Implement, test, and document new customer solutions in cross-functional cooperation




- Maintain and enhance monitoring, logging, and event management systems
- Automate routine operational tasks and deployments using scripts and AnsibleResponsabilidades
- Experience with Web Servers, Apache, Tomcat, and Java applications on Linux
- Knowledge of Cloud, particularly AWS, and container orchestration such as Kubernetes (e.G., Amazon ECS)
- Understanding of networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python) and ideally Ansible for automation
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum teamwork
