Experteer Overview In this role you will help stand up and run ClickHouse’s AI Ops function, building AI-driven workflows and integrating them across business and engineering domains. You’ll work under a Technical Lead to design, deploy, and maintain AI agents, with a focus on cost visibility, security, and scalable operations. Expect a hands-on role moving fast to ship practical AI solutions while centralizing AI operations. You’ll train teams and establish governance to reduce waste and accelerate AI adoption. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that shapes how the company uses AI at scale.

- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions across business and engineering domains
- Develop and deploy AI workflows and integrations with internal systems and tools
- Maintain and support AI agents, including provisioning, versioning, and retirement
- Enhance cost visibility with dashboards, tagging, monitoring, and alerting for AI spend
- Deliver company-wide AI training, playbooks, and workshops to drive safe adoption
- Evaluate models/tools for cost, latency, accuracy, and risk; support model risk assessments
- Establish identity, access, audit, and lifecycle practices for AI agents in line with Security and GRC




- Contribute to cost optimization (prompt efficiency, caching, right-sizing) and governance frameworks
- Build and maintain an internal model routing solution and data pipelines
- Provide ongoing enablement for cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards

Responsabilidades

- Experience building with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Experience building and consuming APIs, developing data pipelines, and architecting system integrations
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and production services
- Experience comparing and evaluating AI models across providers (cost, latency, quality)
- Comfort working with usage and billing data to build cost xcskxlj visibility or optimization
- Ability to translate business workflows into technical solutions
- Experience integrating business systems and developer tooling
- Experience creating training materials, documentation, or workshops for mixed audiences
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations
- Experience implementing safeguards and access controls for automated/non-human actors
