As a Security Analyst Level 1 in Kudelski Security’s 24x7 MDR operations, you monitor, triage, and validate alerts to enable timely escalation of threats. You work within a structured SOC, applying SOPs and AI-assisted workflows to improve investigation quality and learning velocity. You collaborate across a multi-client environment, maintaining documentation discipline and escalation accuracy.

This role offers hands-on experience in a general MDR operation with room for growth and certification opportunities.

- Monitor and triage alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, ICS/OT, and related technologies to decide on further action
- Perform first-level incident analysis, validation, and classification per SOPs and playbooks
- Escalate confirmed or complex incidents to Tier 2 with clear documentation
- Respond to alerts within SLAs and document all investigation steps in the ticketing system
- Adhere to internal policies and security best practices to protect data




- Participate in shift handovers ensuring investigation continuity and clear ownership
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and proper routing of requests
- Maintain accurate priority, categorization, and documentation standards

Responsabilidades

- More than 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or related field
- Initial to intermediate exposure to SIEM and/or EDR/XDR platforms
- Understanding of TCP/IP, security architecture, adversary TTPs, MITRE ATTu0026CK
- Familiarity with incident xugodme response methodologies (NIST/SANS) and fundamentals of networking/OS
- Understanding of appropriate AI usage in security contexts
- Basic knowledge of OT concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Nice to have: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, or BTL1
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based operation
