- Excellent Security Architecture skills
- Strong knowledge and project experience on at least 4 of the following areas: Cloud and data centre security, AI Security, network security, identity & access management, security operations and incident management and data security including encryption & PKI.
- Experience with different security tools/vendors like Nexus (DA and PKI), CyberArk, ArcSight, KeyCloak, Thales, Okta, Splunk. Elastic, CrowdStrike, Owl, Qualys
- Good (C-level) communication skills

- - Secondary skills:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- High level of autonomy under general direction, and ability to independently complete,



as well as lead team in the delivery of complex projects with multiple deliverables and technologies.
- Can demonstrate innovation and thought leadership through problem solving, new ideas, experience, or forward-thinking concepts.

• Location of deployment: Sofia/Bulgaria, or Madrid/Spain In addition, the candidates need to have a security clearance, either in their country, but preferably NATO clearance and ability and willingness to travel across countries (%50 travel is required), as they will work on sovereign deals, where customers demand onsite presence.
