- SuiteScript development: Build and maintain NetSuite customisations and JavaScript automations.- Workflow optimisation: Create and improve approval flows, notifications, validations, and supporting scripts.- Technical implementation: Deliver enhancements based on specifications defined by the Technical Lead and Business Process Owner.- Issue resolution: Investigate and fix issues related to scripts, configuration, access, workflows, and approvals.- Automated testing & deployment: Contribute to automated testing and deployment processes to ensure safe, repeatable releases.- Documentation: Produce technical and user documentation to support consistency and autonomy.- Internal applications agent: Help shape and improve an internal applications support agent (content, flows, integration points) to automate common requests.- Vendor management: Manage the external provider responsible for NetSuite support and maintenance.Requirements- Relevant studies in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.- Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (applications administration, ERP/application logic, or related technical role).- Technical skills: JavaScript, SQL, HTML,
