Your RoleAs Verification Team Lead, you will:- Lead and mentor a team of Verification Engineers.- Drive verification strategy and execution for complex SoC designs.- Define verification plans and ensure high-quality verification closure.- Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Validation teams.- Review verification environments, methodologies,



and coverage metrics.- Support technical decision-making while fostering team growth.✅ What We're Looking For- Proven experience leading verification teams.- Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.- Extensive experience with SoC Verification.- Solid understanding of Low Power verification (UPF/CPF or equivalent).- Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification methodologies.- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.?
