Experteer Overview As a Business Consultant at SITA, you will guide the delivery and implementation of Airport Management Systems for clients, acting as a subject matter expert on SITA technologies. You will translate client needs into optimized processes, train superusers, and facilitate system configuration and integration with third-party vendors. You’ll work closely with customers to validate requirements, run structured workshops, and support go-live with early-life assistance. The role brings travel to customer sites and spans consulting, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational improvements. - Provide consultancy to resolve business issues within core expertise
- Capture and prioritize customer needs, redesign business processes for efficiency and service improvement
- Develop and run client workshops to enable realization of consultancy benefits
- Configure SITA software to meet business and technical needs
- Bridge customer requirements with Product Management to evolve SITA products
- Deliver consulting as part of a delivery team, build trusted relationships, present findings and gather feedback
- Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the SITA Sales Force




- Execute consulting methodology in line with corporate standards (deliverables, customer satisfaction, Pu0026L)
- Keep current with new technologies and industry trendsResponsabilidades
- Extensive experience in business and technical consultancy in IT u0026 telecommunications, 7+ years
- Experience implementing complex software solutions at customers
- Senior-level exposure to heads of departments/functions
- Understanding of Airline IT environment is advantageous, especially Airport Operations
- Solid technical understanding (MS SQL u0026 Windows Server preferred)
- Experience integrating systems at technical and functional levels (integration tech like web services, API, message queues)
- Prototype development capability is a plus
- Education in Business, Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- Business Analysis qualification preferred
