Experteer Overview Senior Project Manager in our CDS Oncology team leads cross-functional clinical studies to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and serve as a governance contact for escalations. This home-based role in Spain emphasizes client relationships, project performance, and continuous improvement in a global oncology context. You help shape study execution and profitability while mentoring PMs and ensuring regulatory compliance.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks across technical and operational aspects
- Oversee PMs within assigned program and provide governance as needed
- Mentor and coach project managers
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and propose solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines; track progress
- Ensure study team members are trained on project-specific systems and procedures
- Manage project budget, profitability, and timely invoicing
- Collaborate with Finance to analyze profitability, margins and utilization
- Coordinate resource allocation with line managers
- Facilitate internal and external communications




- Establish relationships with vendors and third parties
- Contribute to capability presentations and bid defenses
- Drive customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Provide leadership and support for business development opportunities
- Contribute to SOPs, guidelines, and metrics; participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in the selection of PMs and provide performance feedback to management
- Travel up to 10%Responsabilidades
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager on general oncology studies
- Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and quality standards
- Expert in Early Phase (I and II) oncology
- Strong project planning and metrics knowledge
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Experience in bid defenses and client presentations
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, negotiation skills
