About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative with native-level English to join our creative team, bringing strong conceptual thinking, cultural awareness and a sharp creative point of view.

You’ll work across global consumer brands, developing ideas from initial brief through to execution across campaigns, social, content, film, activations and brand experiences. We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger creative opportunity behind a brief and turn it into ideas that feel relevant, distinctive and made for how people experience brands today.

Key responsibilities

- Develop original creative concepts and campaign ideas from brief through execution.

- Create ideas across film, social, digital, content, activations, partnerships and brand experiences.

- Work closely with Art Directors, designers, motion and production teams to shape both the visual and verbal expression of an idea.

- Develop campaign lines, scripts, social concepts and other creative copy as part of the wider creative process.

- Think beyond individual deliverables, identifying how an idea can expand into a broader campaign universe.

- Translate strategy and cultural insights into simple, compelling creative ideas.

- Present creative work internally and to clients, clearly articulating the thinking behind it.

- Contribute to brainstorms, reviews and creative development across different projects and teams.

- Stay connected to culture, entertainment, social behavior, design and emerging creative formats.





- Help raise the creative ambition of the work and identify opportunities to push ideas further.

Key requirements

- Senior-level experience within an advertising agency, creative studio or similar environment.

- Native English, with an excellent instinct for language, tone and cultural nuance.

- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and original ideas across different channels.

- The ability to think both visually and verbally and collaborate naturally with different creative disciplines.

- Experience developing integrated campaigns and ideas that can stretch across multiple touchpoints.

- A strong understanding of contemporary social and digital culture.

- Excellent writing and storytelling skills across different formats and audiences.

- Confidence presenting and defending creative ideas.

- Strong creative judgment, curiosity and cultural awareness.

- A collaborative mindset combined with the ability to take ownership and develop ideas independently.

Languages

- English (mandatory)

- Spanish (preferably)

- Any other languages are a plus.
