Experteer Overview
As a Java Developer at SGS, you will help evolve a general Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to support thousands of users. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications that power laboratory operations and digital transformations. You’ll work with modern technologies in a collaborative, international IT Delivery team to deliver scalable, secure microservices and cloud-ready solutions. This role offers the chance to influence high-impact platforms central to quality, compliance, and sustainability.

• Design and develop features using Java 21 and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations
• Develop scalable microservices architectures
• Support cloud-native deployments in Kubernetes

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java 17/18/21
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Experience developing REST APIs and system integrations
• Solid understanding of microservices architectures
• Experience with Oracle or other relational databases
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience using Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of testing practices and secure coding principles
• English (B2 or above)
• Spanish is a plus
