Senior Infrastructure & Business Solutions Engineer

Netsuisse builds European technology for the Smart Workforce. Our three fields — MOVE (e-mobility), CONNECT (telecommunications), and WORK (building & IT solutions) — all serve the same workforce: the people a company moves, connects and equips to work. They run on one platform, workforceOS, with a shared data layer that ties them together. We’re a small, Swiss-rooted team in an early growth phase, with Barcelona as our engineering and operational hub for the EU (UK to follow).

We’re looking for a senior engineer who is equal parts hands-on infrastructure specialist and business-minded problem-solver — in effect, an infrastructure business analyst as much as an engineer. A solid infrastructure foundation is the base of the role; the real leverage is what you build on top of it — customer projects, cross-field solutions and business development. You’ll help build and run the cloud backbone behind workforceOS and help grow the business in the Spanish market, working directly with the Managing Director.

What you’ll do

- Design, build and run a resilient, highly available backbone — network, storage, virtualization and applications across on-premise, edge and cloud
- Run customer and partner projects end to end across the three fields — requirements, solution design, migrations, hands-on support




- Act as a business analyst at the business–technology interface — evaluate RFQs, shape solutions, and design cross-field business processes on workforceOS
- Help acquire and develop project business, and grow our partner and distributor network as we build up the Spanish operation

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years designing, building and operating enterprise infrastructure, with networking as a real discipline (dynamic routing, redundancy, switching, firewalls)
- Strong depth across Linux & Microsoft Server, virtualization, storage and hybrid/cloud; a cybersecurity foundation
- Business-analyst capability and interdisciplinary thinking — able to connect technology and business across fields (a natural stepping stone toward building and leading a team)
- An established network in the Spanish IT market (or the drive to build one); MSP / reseller / systems-integrator background a strong fit
- Based in Barcelona; professional English, Spanish essential for the local market
