Experteer Overview
In this role you will join the international tax accounting team in Barcelona, reporting to the GL Tax team leader in Paris. You will validate European and MEA tax calculations and entries, and support tax payments and reconciliations. You will contribute to audits, regulatory monitoring, and SOX tax controls, while driving process improvements and automation. This position offers cross-border exposure within a collaborative global environment and opportunities to shape tax reporting and compliance. You will work closely with local advisors and internal partners to ensure accurate, timely tax outcomes.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Validate tax calculations for Europe and MEA with local advisors
• Validate tax entries in SAP and tax payments
• Perform reconciliations and analyses of tax balance sheet and Pu0026L
• Assist with local tax audits and respond to inquiries
• Monitor changes in tax regulatory compliance
• Verify SOX tax control documentation
• Prepare tax documentation for third parties, internal teams, and authorities
• Improve accounting and financial processes through tool optimization and automation of low-value tasks
Responsabilidades
• At least 3 years of experience in an international tax accounting department
• Highly organized, autonomous, rigorous with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus but not mandatory
• Attention to detail with proven accuracy
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP Brim, Advanced Excel, Power BI; Oracle a plus
