You collaborate cross-functionally to translate concepts into live features, balancing engagement and franchise strategy. You will own design docs, guide liveops planning, and push feature quality through data-informed iteration. - Write and update design specs that are concise and clear for the team

- Maintain a Design Owner mindset aligning player needs, franchise strategy, and business goals
- Incorporate market trends and best practices to enhance roadmap features and ideationResponsabilidades
- 2-5 years of professional game design experience
- Proficiency in level design, systems design, game tuning, content design, UX design and design documentation
- Strong understanding of free-to-play monetization, balance, and virtual economy management
- Excellent communication skills, able to gather feedback and align stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, international environment
