Experteer Overview
In this role you drive strategic transformation by translating data-driven insights into concrete plans. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, shepherd initiatives from analysis to execution, and maintain governance through clear communication and progress tracking. You’ll produce executive reports and dashboards to inform leadership and align teams with the program’s objectives. This position offers the chance to impact people and data initiatives within a multinational context and shapes how data guides business outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar
• Experience in transformation, continuous improvement, or business change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience tracking actions, deliverables, KPIs, and progress reporting
• Advanced Excel and experience with reporting or dashboarding tools (Power BI a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English
