Experteer Overview As QMS Leader, you will drive the company-wide Quality Management System, ensuring standardization and compliance across regions. You will lead audits, define critical standards, and guide regional teams toward data-informed improvements that protect customer satisfaction and prevent quality issues. This hybrid role located in the UK, Spain, or Poland offers impact across manufacturing, labs, and supply chains, contributing to sustainable performance and a strong quality culture. You will partner with leadership to translate quality data into actions that reduce risk and support Integral standards.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide leadership for QMS activities across Regional Business Groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams, including audits and certifications
- Own Quality Management System processes, critical standards, and QMS scope; ensure alignment with global standards and regional execution
- Develop and maintain Quality Policy, Manuals, Risks and Opportunities, and QMS process maps (including MOC) with clear ownership delineations
- Analyze metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and prevention




- Promote a Quality culture focused on prevention, standard work, and risk-based thinking, targeting GoalZERO for Quality
- Report QMS performance to management and justify resource and improvement needs
- Collaborate with process owners to create and maintain RACI analyses for QMS processes
- Support Special Projects related to quality initiativesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field
- Minimum 10 years in quality-related roles
- Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF certifications
- Strong communication skills; ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, CAPA)
- Project management and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote; experience with SPC, Capability Studies, Regression Analysis, Gage Ru0026R, MSARequisitos principales
