Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead Google Workspace deployment projects for diverse clients, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized use of cloud productivity tools. You will assess client IT environments, design tailored deployment strategies, and manage data migration with a focus on security and integrity. You will configure apps, drive user adoption through change management, and provide technical support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current on Google Workspace updates to continuously improve security and performance. This position offers the chance to shape how organizations work in the cloud while working with a global tech-focused consultancy.

• Lead planning and execution of Google Workspace deployment projects
• Assess client IT environments and develop deployment strategies

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of Google Workspace deployment or similar cloud-based suites
• Google Workspace Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration including user management, security settings, and app configuration
• Experience with large-scale IT projects and cloud environments
• Proficiency in data migration techniques and tools
• Excellent project management skills with multiple projects
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
• Proficient in scripting languages, particularly Google Apps Script
• Solid IT security and compliance knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
