Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the vision and roadmap for ST Power Iberia operational and trading systems, aligning with business goals and regulatory needs. You will act as the main bridge between traders, analysts, operations, IT, and external partners to translate needs and prioritize work. You will drive backlog prioritization, foster automation and digital innovation, and ensure solutions are scalable across the ST Power value chain. You will work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment to support portfolio growth and market-driven decision making.

• Define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for ST Power Iberia systems and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Serve as primary interface between traders, analysts, operations, IT delivery teams and external partners to clarify needs and align priorities
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, making trade-offs based on business value, risks and delivery capacity
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through product evolution and digital innovation
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with IT to design and implement scalable solutions
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of processes, data flows and system interactions across the ST Power value chain




• Act as business owner throughout the product development lifecycle, validating design, testing and production readiness
• Drive continuous evolution of systems to support changing market conditions and portfolio growth
• Promote user adoption and translate feedback into product enhancements and roadmap priorities
• Contribute to development and improvement of systems and digital capabilities, driving automation and integration within ST Power Europe

Responsabilidades
• 7–10 years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation or IT delivery in energy or trading contexts
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst with backlog and stakeholder management
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions balancing value, needs and constraints
• Solid understanding of system architecture, integrations, databases and data flows
• Experience across full product lifecycle from requirements to deployment and continuous improvement in fast-paced environments
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus
