Key Responsibilities ?

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end international search processes for mid-to-senior level roles across various sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to global corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs and defining recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize advanced direct sourcing methodology and AI-driven platforms to map, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates globally.
- Process Leadership: Manage negotiations, candidate presentation, client interviews, and offer closings to ensure an outstanding recruitment experience.

What We Are Looking For ?️

- Experience:



Minimum 4 years of solid experience in international talent acquisition (executive search or recruitment agency background preferred).
- Language Skills: English is mandatory (C1/C2 level) . Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is highly valued.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong track record in direct sourcing, headhunting, and competency-based interviewing across international markets.
- Key Traits: Result-driven, agile, excellent communication skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team.
