We're a small team moving fast, and we're building the commercial engine to match the product. Our Implementation & CS team takes an enterprise client from signed contract to a live, performing AI voice agent — and keeps it performing.

We're looking for a senior addition to that team: someone who can own the technical side of a rollout (CRM, telephony, agent configuration) and be the person the client trusts, end to end, on our most complex accounts. CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot), telephony (SIP, Twilio, WebRTC),



and agent configuration Configure and tune voice agent flows using our Goal / Script / Guardrails / Objections / Data Collection framework Be the senior technical point of contact on our most complex, multi-market rollouts Monitor live performance against outcome metrics, troubleshoot issues, drive continuous optimization post-launch 4+ years in implementation engineering, technical customer success, or solutions engineering at a B2B SaaS or AI company ~ Hands-on comfort with APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations; Fluent English; Spanish a plus ~ Experience in regulated industries (banking, insurance, telco, energy) Hybrid model, Barcelona office
