About the RoleMarket Securities is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing integral IT team. Based in our Madrid office, you will provide day-to-day IT support for local users while working closely with colleagues across our international offices.Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365.- Configure and support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and mobile devices.- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.- Enrol and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.- Troubleshoot printers, meeting room equipment and network connectivity issues.- Log and resolve incidents using the IT Service Desk platform.- Assist with IT projects and office technology deployments.Requirements- 2–3 years' experience in IT Support.- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.- Basic experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune.- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.- Fluent English and Spanish.Nice to Have- Microsoft certifications- ITIL Foundation- PowerShell knowledge#J-18808-Ljbffr
