FMG, part of the MSM Group, is a company specializing in technology solutions and advanced services for the defense sector; we continue to strengthen our capabilities and expand our teams.To advance strategic projects with high technical demands, we are seeking to recruit a Logistics Services Buyer with experience in transport service management and contracting—ideally within the defense sector or highly regulated environments.Key responsibilities:- Manage tenders and contracts for land, sea, and air transport- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms regarding cost, quality, and timelines- Analyze offers and conduct technical-economic evaluations- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance- Oversee safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards- Identify and manage risks in critical environments- Prepare reports, indicators,



and supplier performance metrics- Contribute to the procurement strategy and continuous process improvementRequirements:- Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in procurement, contracting, or tendering (experience in transport or defense is a plus)- Full proficiency in Spanish and a high level of English- Proficiency in procurement toolsProfessional competencies:- Advanced negotiation skills- Analytical mindset and results orientation- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure- Supplier management and risk assessmentInterested in joining FMG?
