We are looking for a Solutions Architect to design, deliver, and maintain complete technical solutions that address specific business needs, in line with our product strategy and organisational standards. You will contribute directly to technical strategy, championing standards across engineering, and mentoring Software Engineering Team Leads and Engineers across your portfolio. We have fully embraced AI-based spec-driven design, integrating AI throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

- Mentor and guide Software Engineering Team Leads and Engineers of all levels.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 2+ years of experience in solution architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in system architecture and cloud computing.




- Expertise in software engineering and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in AI and generative AI technologies, applied across the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in data architecture, AI security, and responsible AI principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with a deep understanding of the entire software engineering lifecycle.
