Experteer Overview In this role you are the single point of accountability for program delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. You lead the Engineering Product Leader (EPL) team through development, launch, and production phases for awarded products or RFQs. You own the customer relationship from a program perspective, manage risks, budgets, and governance, and mentor the EPL team. This position offers the chance to drive cross-functional execution and contribute to profitable, on-time delivery at scale.Compensaciones / Incentivos
