Experteer Overview In this role you drive the financial narrative and cost performance for the Customer Refunds u0026amp; Compensations team globally. You will quantify value loss, lead cost-saving initiatives, and ensure financial controls on a multi-digit budget. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate operations into financial outcomes and develop scalable dashboards for decision-making. The position offers impact across markets, shaping cost optimization and governance with senior leadership. - Lead Ru0026C financial planning, reforecasts, and BE revisions
- Challenge regional teams on cost deviations and define action plans
- Lead the Monthly Finance Review for governance and storytelling

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 5+ years in Finance, FPu0026A, Controlling, Strategy, or Operations
- Ability to connect operational metrics to financial impact and build robust Budgets/BE
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive cost-saving projects
- Structured problem-solving with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset and bias for measurable impact
