In this role, you will advance the quality of Align Technology’s software across cloud-based and desktop solutions. You will work with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to provide testing expertise, identify risks early, and drive continuous improvement. You will design and execute manual and automated testing strategies, with automation being a core focus.

This position offers the opportunity to shape QA processes and tooling while delivering reliable, high-quality products that support the company’s software ecosystem.

- Ensure quality and reliability of software across business-critical projects throughout the development lifecycle
- Design, implement, and execute manual and automated testing strategies with a focus on increasing automation coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, PO, BA, developers, DevOps, QA) across multiple domains
- Maintain documentation of test plans, cases, and results for traceability




- Identify risks/issues early and work with stakeholders to resolve them
- Support and evolve QA processes, tools, and best practices
- Validate data integrity across SQL/NoSQL databases and backend systems
- Cover testing for both cloud-based and desktop applications (Python/C++ based) and analytics/reporting components (Power BI)
- Participate in initiatives to improve product quality, reliability, and processes

Responsabilidades

- Senior level QA experience
- Proven ability to design and implement xugodme testing strategies
- Strong automation focus and experience (building automation from scratch when needed)
- Proficiency with Python and C++
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation
- Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams
- Ability to proactively identify risks and drive mitigation actions
