Technical Project Manager / Engineering Lead

for a leading global company in the

automotive technology

sector, with a major presence in Jaén.

We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to lead and coordinate technical projects and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment. What you will do: Lead and coordinate technical and product development activities. Manage project planning, milestones, resources, and budgets. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams. Act as a key interface between internal teams and customers. Ensure projects meet quality, cost, delivery, and technical objectives. Support product development from concept through to successful delivery.

What we are looking for: Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience in technical project management, engineering leadership, or product development.



Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams. Experience working with customers and international stakeholders. Professional level of English. Background in electronics, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or related fields is highly valued.
