Experteer Overview As Director of Supply Chain Excellence, you drive two equal mandates: account success with SAP Business Network trading partners in France and Iberia, and network growth for high-potential customers. You will build C-level relationships, steer adoption, and secure revenue through strategic partnerships and executive sponsorship. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to deliver value, navigate complex multi-stakeholder programs, and shape the regional network strategy. - Manage daily engagement with selected SAP Business Network trading partners in France and Iberia to secure retention, renewals, and upsell through executive relationships.
- Develop and execute success plans with measurable outcomes to drive product adoption and partner satisfaction.
- Provide tailored guidance on adopting and monetizing Network investments aligned to partner business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver partner success and orchestrate executive communications (QBRs, business updates).
- Design and run industry forums, share best practices, and highlight trends for benchmarking.




- Drive buy-in on network roadmaps and strategic communications that articulate SAP Business Network value.
- Manage buy-side network strategy, including program leadership, risk management, and opportunity identification in France and Iberia.
- Participate in sales cycles and events to articulate value, generate pipeline, and accelerate adoption.Responsabilidades
- Director-level experience with dual-mandate responsibilities and independent operating capability
- Proven track record influencing at C-suite/VP level in matrix organizations
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with revenue and adoption outcomes
- Customer success/account management/professional services/project management in a cloud environment (≥10 years)
- Experience driving cloud transformation and change management (≥7 years)
- Experience positioning upsell/cross-sell to grow revenue (≥8 years)
- Knowledge of Logistics, Assets, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain (≥8 years)
- Strong analytical skills and portfolio prioritization
- SAP Cloud and/or SAP Business Network experience is a strong plus
- Languages: English and French mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese advantageous
- Willingness to travel 20–30%
