Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the financial narrative and cost performance for the Customer Refunds u0026amp; Compensations team globally. You will quantify value loss, lead cost-saving initiatives, and ensure financial controls on a multi-digit budget. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate operations into financial outcomes and develop scalable dashboards for decision-making. The position offers impact across markets, shaping cost optimization and governance with senior leadership. This role blends finance, operations, and strategic influence in a fast-paced marketplace environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own global Ru0026C financial KPIs and track performance vs BP/BE
• Lead Ru0026C financial planning, reforecasts, and BE revisions
• Challenge regional teams on cost deviations and define action plans
• Lead the Monthly Finance Review for governance and storytelling




• Drive global cost optimization through cross-functional projects
• Build and maintain UX-friendly financial performance tools and dashboards

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 5+ years in Finance, FPu0026A, Controlling, Strategy, or Operations
• Ability to connect operational metrics to financial impact and build robust Budgets/BE
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive cost-saving projects
• Structured problem-solving with data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and bias for measurable impact
• G Suite (Sheets) or Excel; ability to build UX-friendly dashboards
