Sustainable Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capgemini Invent helps organizations adopt a holistic approach from leadership and upskilling initiatives to robust governance that ensures sustainable business growth.

As a Manager, you will lead workstreams and teams to deliver transformation projects across Supply Chain and Operations. You will work closely with clients to solve business challenges, define transformation roadmaps, and support the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm is required.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related areas.
- Experience managing teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interest in technology and its impact on business and operations transformation.
- Native and/or fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
- Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
