As Supply Strategic Projects Lead, you will own high-priority initiatives across the tutor ecosystem, turning ambiguity into clear plans and measurable results. You’ll collaborate with Supply, Product, Legal, Tax, CX, Data, and more to drive cross-functional programs at scale. You’ll shape end-to-end execution, optimize processes, and strengthen operating rhythms with data-driven insights. Responsabilidades

- 6-8+ years of experience in strategy u0026 operations, consulting, or marketplace ops in high-growth tech environments
- Strong program and project leadership, able to manage ambiguous cross-functional work from definition to rollout
- Stakeholder management and influence across senior leaders in Product, Legal, CX, and other functions
- Structured problem solving turning ambiguity into clear plans and priorities
- Data-driven xugodme approach with comfort in analysis and business cases (advanced Excel/Sheets)
- Ownership mindset with autonomous execution and proactive issue anticipation
- Operational excellence in rollout planning, processes, and guardrails at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to distill complexity and present recommendations confidently
