We are looking for a Systems Engineering Lead with experience in leading complex technical projects, systems engineering, verification and validation activities, safety-critical hardware/software architectures, and aerospace standards compliance to join projects focused on the specification, design, verification, and certification of advanced aerospace and space systems. Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities within European projects, reporting progress to the Program and Partners. Lead meetings and present results to project partners.

Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. At least 5 years of experience leading complex technical projects. Strong experience in systems engineering, particularly in conception, specification, and design phases.

Experience defining verification and validation strategies, analysing test results, and reporting outcomes.

Experience with requirements management and MBSE tools, including DOORS, JIRA, Capella, Enterprise Architect, or similar. Innovative, high-impact projects:
