- ~2 years of experience in fast-growing tech startups, operations, marketplaces, consulting or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Statistics or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Fluency in English
