Experteer Overview
In this role you help build Signify’s enterprise Digital Twin by integrating SAP S/4HANA with a broad application landscape and Celonis OCPM to enable real-time process visibility. You will shape the Process Mining Center of Excellence, setting technical foundations and standards for a global transformation. You’ll tackle end-to-end process challenges, drive data-driven improvements, and contribute to sustainability-driven goals. This is a rare greenfield opportunity with high impact at general scale.

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Process Mining solutions using Celonis
• Create scalable data models and event logs for complex end-to-end processes
• Extract, transform, and integrate data from SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems
• Develop Object-Centric Process Mining data models
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations
• Design and optimize ETL/data pipelines for Process Mining
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and interactive Process Mining applications
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and governance
• Enable AI-powered Process Intelligence with trusted data foundations for Generative AI and intelligent automation




• Collaborate with business stakeholders to address process challenges and convert them into technical solutions
• Support process discovery, conformance checking, bottleneck analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to reusable Process Mining standards, accelerators, and best practices within the CoE

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on Celonis Process Mining implementations
• Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end Process Mining solutions including OCPM
• Strong SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA data extraction and scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) expertise
• Experience building enterprise Process Mining data models, analytics apps, dashboards, and KPIs
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience integrating Process Mining across multiple enterprise applications beyond SAP
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes such as Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Fulfill, Record-to-Report, or Manufacturing
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
• Experience in large-scale global transformation programs is highly desirable
