- Lead End-to-End P1 automotive projects from scope to production preparation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality/HSE alignment.
- Manage project budgets, apply Design to Cost, and obtain necessary approvals to protect profitability.
- Present milestones, risks, and governance updates to executive committees.
- Act as main interface for OEM clients,



drive progress communications, concept competitions, and change management.
- Escalate critical roadblocks and manage scope changes with stakeholders.Responsabilidades

- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Financial skills related to product cost structure and payback
- Knowledge and practice of Product Development processes (5/7 years)
- Experience in other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, Purchasing)
