About the Role
You will own technical support & management, partner service capability development, and internal Iron Triangle joint operations in your assigned country. The role sits at the intersection of Ruijie's networking & wireless portfolio, the partner ecosystem, and the sales–solution–service triangle — delivering projects, enabling partners, and fighting joint battles with sales and solution teams while ensuring the quality of local service delivery.
To succeed, you must be a self-starter and a self-learner, with strong customer-service instincts and proven technical problem-solving ability.
What You'll Do
1. Technical Support & Management
- Project Testing:Lead pre-sales and acceptance testing, proofs-of-concept (POC), and solution demonstrations of Ruijie products and solutions, focused on campus network and wireless, in partnership with remote TAC and R&D.;
- ITR Issue Handling:Resolve partner and customer technical issues and service requests through the ITR (Issue-to-Resolution) process, working closely with the Level-2 TAC team; establish and govern the local service-delivery framework (technical support, RMA, delivery processes) and own service quality.
- Project Delivery:Guide and support channel partners to complete Ruijie networking & wireless project delivery in the assigned country — covering planning, execution, acceptance, and handover — to ensure on-time, quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Partner Service Capability Development
- Local Service Partner Layout:Execute the local service-partner footprint in line with channel service policies — identifying, onboarding, and structuring service partners to cover the assigned country.
- Offline Enablement & Training:Build partner service capability through regular offline enablement sessions, service-process and technical certification training, product training,
and workshops; act as the primary technical partner for enterprise channel partners and own their competence on Ruijie campus network and wireless solutions.
3. Iron Triangle Teamwork Mode
- Serve as the service/delivery member of the local Iron Triangle (Sales / Solution / Service): join account planning, opportunity pursuit, and bidding with sales and solution teams; inject the service perspective into proposals, surface delivery risks early, and share field intelligence — supporting local business growth and the development of the service industry.
What We're Looking For
1. Bachelor's or Associate degree in network engineering, computer science, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience.
2. 3+ years of technical support and implementation experience in networking (switches, routers, VPN, wireless, etc.). Experience with Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei, or Juniper is a plus.
3. Hands-on experience configuring and administering wireless products (WLAN controllers and access points) and wireless LAN security — WEP, WPA2/WPA3, LEAP, PEAP, and similar authentication mechanisms.
4. Professional certifications are preferred: CCNP/CCIE, HCIP/HCIE, JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE ASE, Aruba ACMP, etc.
5. Client-facing experience with excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills; proven ability to develop channel partner service capability and grow the local service ecosystem.
6. Self-directed yet collaborative; able to prioritize and run multiple engagements in parallel, and to manage delivery projects — planning, execution, closure, schedule and risk control, and cross-functional coordination.
7. Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
8. Willing to travel at a moderate, regular frequency.
What You'll Gain
- Exposure to a general networking vendor's full product portfolio and enterprise customers
- Direct impact on partner capability and regional service quality
