Act as the technical interface for the company's energy storage products, providing professional technical support to distributors, installers, and service partners throughout project delivery and after-sales processes Responsible for onsite installation guidance, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues Support technical analysis for residential and C&I; ESS projects, including communication, EMS, inverter, and battery system related issues Maintain close communication with R&D; and product teams, provide feedback on onsite issues and product improvement suggestions, and support continuous product optimization Collect and organize onsite operational data, service reports,



and technical documentation to ensure accurate and complete service records Provide technical training to distributors, installers, and service partners, covering product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Renewable Energy, or related field Experience in energy storage, photovoltaic, inverter, battery systems, or related electrical industries is preferre Solid electrical and system knowledge with the ability to independently analyze onsite issues and perform troubleshootin Hands-on experience in onsite xbhjioe installation, commissioning, or technical servic Fluent in both Spanish and English as working language
