Experteer Overview
In this role you support the Commercial Supply Chain function by managing end-to-end order processes, contracts, and delivery for a defined customer portfolio. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, traders and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate pricing, invoicing and compliant documentation. You will contribute to forecasting and regional initiatives while upholding governance and controls. This is a chance to shape sustainable, low-carbon operations and work within a general, values-led team. You’ll make an impact by driving reliable, customer-focused supply chain performance.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own end-to-end process for each commercial transaction and ensure contracts are in place
• Execute contracts, orders, import/export administration, pricing and invoicing
• Manage customer portfolio and ensure on-time delivery and revenue collection
• Ensure transactions comply with global trade, tax, and legal governance; support SOX/internal controls




• Provide accurate information to production and finance forecasting; support regional initiatives
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels across external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with CSC team members and align with leadership on initiatives
• Identify and mitigate process gaps, escalate as needed to the help chain

Responsabilidades
• Experience in a commercial environment with end-to-end supply chain responsibilities
• English proficiency; additional European language (Spanish or German) preferred
• Strong communication skills across all business levels
• Experience with laytime, shipment, freight management and Bill of Lading preferred
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of trade compliance, tax, and internal controls preferred
