Experteer Overview As Project Manager at Omega CRM, you drive delivery of Salesforce-based initiatives from design to go-live within time, cost, and quality constraints. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate the client vision into actionable plans and monitor progress, risks, and stakeholder expectations. You will lead demos, steer committees, and ensure customer satisfaction while identifying improvement opportunities. - Support pre-sales tasks: solution design, estimation, and planning
- Assign and monitor team tasks, vacations, and absences
- Manage progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget
- Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts
- Provide project visibility to client and CSM; lead follow-ups and steering committees
- Alert operations to deviations; establish risk mitigation plans
