Задачи:

- Own and define the general courier fraud strategy across all Glovo markets, ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement;
- Address key courier-related challenges at local, regional, and global levels;
- Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams;
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify the drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions;
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, risks, and opportunities;
- Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no-shows, and optimize fleet distribution;
- Collaborate with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact;
- Understand courier pain points and motivations to design data-informed solutions that improve courier satisfaction and operational excellence.

Требования:

- Degree in Engineering, Business,



Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics, or another data-driven domain;
- 3+ Years of experience providing internal teams with data for decision-making and acting on those insights;
- Strong analytical and coding skills;
- Good SQL and Excel proficiency or extensive coding experience;
- Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI;
- Strong strategic vision and business mindset;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to break down complex problems into solutions;
- Ability to work in a high-growth, high-performance environment and handle ambiguity;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- English is a must;
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
