Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver compensation analyses and support HRBPs with policy interpretation and market data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You will analyze large datasets, model data, and contribute balanced recommendations for compensation decisions. You’ll collaborate with HR and finance to evaluate job structures, levels, and workforce changes while considering cost, risk, and payroll implications. You will monitor market trends and support Total Rewards initiatives, informing leadership decisions with data-driven insights. This role offers an opportunity to shape compensation practices within a general agribusiness and work closely with cross-functional teams

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide analytical support for compensation requests including data modeling and dashboards across multiple data sources
• Evaluate job structures, levels, and org changes to identify misalignments and advise on position creation or elimination




• Monitor market trends and external reward practices to adapt to the company context and strategy
• Prepare reports on jobs, compensation structures, and market benchmarks to support leadership discussions
• Support Total Rewards projects, including surveys, coordinating with external consultants, monitoring timelines and defining action plans
• Serve as a go-to resource for HR teams on compensation policies and programs to promote transparency and understanding

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Finance, or Organizational Psychology
• 2-3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of compensation, job evaluation, and market pricing
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under changing conditions
