Experteer Overview
In this role you maximize the value of Enterprise Applications by driving adoption and continuous improvement. You bridge business users, Enterprise Applications teams, and technical support to reduce friction and evolve applications with changing processes. You work within the EnSite Experience u0026amp; Adoption team to partner with stakeholders across Support, Governance, Delivery u0026amp; Modernization, and business units. You translate improvement opportunities into actionable demand and help sustain outcomes that scale globally.

• Develop deep understanding of supported business processes and the ERP systems enabling them
• Build trusted relationships with business users and stakeholders to align application usage with daily operations
• Identify friction, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities via user engagement and metrics
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost business value and user adoption
• Perform root cause analyses to separate process, data, training, and technical gaps
• Document improvement opportunities as demand items and coordinate with Delivery u0026 Modernization for delivery
• Collaborate with Support teams to ensure sustained business outcomes from improvements
• Support testing, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations for adoption and readiness




• Create and maintain business process documents, user guidance, and training materials
• Monitor KPIs related to user experience, process effectiveness, and adoption; provide actionable insights to management
• Contribute to a repeatable Experience u0026 Adoption operating model for integral scaling
• Foster collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementations

Responsabilidades
• Experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP environments)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Procurement, or related domains
• Experience collaborating with business users to improve processes and ERP usage
• Involvement in ERP implementations, stabilization, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working at the intersection of business and IT in a global matrix organization
• Experience documenting business requirements, process improvements, and functional solutions
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and sustainability
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
