Experteer Overview As Data u0026amp; AI Engineering Lead, you will architect and evolve the operational data perimeter for Energy Trading using cloud-native data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You’ll lead design and implementation of scalable data platforms, mentor engineers, and partner with traders and stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics. The role combines deep technical execution with strategic data governance and data strategy to improve decision-making and efficiency. - Design and develop the Energy Trading data platform and operational data perimeter; mentor data engineers, analysts, and developers.
- Design cloud-native data architectures and IaC-based infrastructure for scalable, secure data solutions.
- Build and optimize AWS-based data pipelines; ensure data quality, governance, lineage, security, and compliance.
- Develop data models, curated datasets, dashboards, and analytics for Trading, Risk, and Operations.
- Lead adoption of AI/ML for forecasting, automation, optimization, and anomaly detection.




- Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
- Oversee reliability, availability, and performance of the cloud data platform.Responsabilidades
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or cloud data architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services (Glue, Lambda, S3, Athena, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, Step Functions)
- Expertise in ETL/ELT design, data modeling, and distributed data processing
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and analytics
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI, QuickSight, Grafana, or similar
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
